By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, refund policy, and shipping policy.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was shown in error, or payment is not confirmed. If we cancel a paid order, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. You can pay with the methods Razorpay shows at checkout, such as UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking, and wallets, when those methods are enabled on this store.

Float Kart does not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or bank password. Payment data is collected by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy. An order is confirmed only after Razorpay reports the payment as successful. A failed or incomplete payment does not create a confirmed order.

Razorpay may decline a payment for security or compliance reasons. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled with the bank and Razorpay. You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.

Shipping

Standard shipping inside India is free on products covered by our general shipping profile. Delivery time depends on the product and the courier. International shipping, where offered, is charged at the rate shown at checkout. Title and risk pass to you when the courier delivers the parcel.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow the return and refund policy published on this store. Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are sent back through Razorpay to the original payment method. Banks and UPI apps can take several working days to show the credit after we issue the refund.

Products

Product photos and descriptions are provided to help you choose. Colour, size, and packaging can vary slightly. We do not promise medical or therapeutic results for personal-care or wellness products. Use those products according to the label.

Your account and conduct

You agree to give a correct name, address, phone number, and email so we can deliver the order and contact you about it. You must not use the store for fraud or any unlawful purpose.

Liability

To the extent allowed by Indian law, Float Kart is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay caused by a courier, payment provider, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum.
